The Afro Latin Fest joins Strictly Street Salsa's 25th Anniversary with a weekend of high energy and fun dance workshops for people of all levels. This year's event is underwritten by a grant from the Texas Commission on the Arts and Strictly Street Salsa. Admission: Free - $35.

Commemorating Hispanic Heritage Month, El Festival de la Salsa brings a citywide celebration on the contribution this group has done in the history of the country. The popularity of salsa music and dance continues to bring people from around the world together, as they join in their love for the music and dance. Featuring international and local artists, food, and other cultural expressions for the delight of people of all ages.

Miller Outdoor Theatre
Presented at the Miller Outdoor Theatre, Salsa y Salud continues using a fun and appealing genre as salsa to attract large audiences and sharing messages of health. Featuring live music and dance, this initiative has become a fixture in the Houston fall calendar. In addition, this year the event is part of Miller Theatre's 100 Anniversary!
